The General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) adopted by the European Parliament on 14 April 2016 requires each organization to draft a privacy policy statement.

Through this statement, Aorta Training Center asbl wishes to inform you which data can be collected as a member of our association, when you use our website "www.aortatc.be" or in our applications, as well as the use that can be made of them and the rights you have on these data.

Aorta Training Center asbl gives itself the possibility to modify this Charter of personal data at any time. It is available on our website.

As a member of the association

The personal data collected is used to provide administrative, financial and operational follow-up of your registrations to our courses, our camps, our events, our sessions.

Retention period of your personal data

The data are kept for the duration of use of the service and are archived for an additional duration in connection with the periods of prescription and legal retention for strictly limited reasons and authorized by law (payment, guarantee, litigation , etc.). After this time, they are deleted.

Right to the image

As part of our activities, we take photos and use them in our communications (Facebook, Instagram, website ...). These photos are non-identifiable and unidentified. By registering for one of the courses, internships or events, you accept the publication of these photos.

If you want to remove an image, just send us a message indicating the references of the photo concerned.
All published photos are the property of Aorta Training Center asbl.

COMMUNICATING YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The data collected is intended for our administrative members of Aorta Training Center asbl.
