Try a class?

The trial class is free. Just fill out the following form, then, come the desired day, 10 minutes before the start of the course and introduce yourself at the reception.

Equipment

• Sports outfit (short/legging & T-shirt).
• Water Bottle. We also sell them on site (cash only).

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation e-mail for your trial lesson. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.
If you can't make it, don't worry, just come back another day.

Children's courses

Enrolments for classes and trial classes will resume at the end of June / beginning of July for the 2025/2026 year.
